Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Orders placed with Cropivo Global Pvt. Ltd. may only be cancelled before the order has been processed or shipped.

2. Cancellation Charges

If a cancellation request is accepted, cancellation charges may apply depending on:

1. Quantity of the order
2. Processing stage of the order
3. Logistics and packaging costs already incurred

The final cancellation charges will be determined by the company.

3. Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped cannot be cancelled.
