VISMA is a new generation innovative fungicide mixture Pyraclostrobin 12.8% + Boscalid 25.2% WG. An innovative active ingredient belonging to the carboxamide class Boscalid is an SDHI chemistry, which acts on the energy production system of the fungal cell. Method of Application

  1. For Grapes- management of multiple diseases of Grapes like Downy Mildew, Powdery Mildew, Anthracnose and Botrytis
  2. Visma should be applied at Pre-bloom stage for Powdery Mildew Management in the fungicide spray programme
  3. For Tomato &Chilli- First application of Visma should be applied at active vegetative growth phase of crop
  4. Second application of Visma should be done at initial fruit setting position.
  5. For Onion/Garlic- First application of Visma should be applied one to two true leaf stage (15-20 days after transplanting)
  6. Second application of Visma should be applied at Bulb development stage
  7. Maximum two applications of Visma should be applied in one crop/season
  8. Maximum two applications of Visma should be applied in one crop/season

  2. Apply in early intitiation of disease as prophylactic to get maximum protection from disease.
Mode of Action
VISMA is a combination of two broad-spectrum systemic fungicides.One is strobilurin, a fungicide that belongs to the QOI group, which inhibits the cellular respiration in the mitochondria of the fungal cell, and the other belongs to the SDHI group, which disrupts the electron transport chain in the fungal cell, thus killing the fungus. Pyraclostrobin- QOI fungicide that blocks the mitochondrial electron transport and thus inhibits the fungus energy supply, and the target fungus dies. Boscalid – a broad-spectrum SDHI fungicide, effective against different stages of fungal development, inhibits spore germination, germ tube elongation, appressoria formation, or mycelial growth.Toxicity Triangle
